Once again the group is made up by people from all around the world Shi Yang Ming´s students from USA, Albania, Europe, Korea, South America and Mexico who we decided to coming back to China, but this time with a different objective; to train at SiFu´s blood brother ShiShu´s school who is waiting for us to train during three weeks at his school on the outskirts of Shaolin called Shaolin Wen Wu School.
2010 Yang Style Tai Chi Retreat
This time, Master Yang taught the 49 Movement Hand Form and the Saber Form. The way Master Yang explained the movements and how to perform them was very nice for the people, since it is always interesting to understand the exact origin of the movements you can find in 90% of the Tai Chi forms that exist today, and how they were originally used and applied in martial arts.
