2010 Yang Style Tai Chi Retreat

The way Master Yang explained the movements and how to perform them was very nice for the people, since it is always interesting to understand the exact origin of the movements you can find in 90% of the Tai Chi forms that exist today, and how they were originally used and applied in martial arts.
